Sign up for your free account at www.soundloadmusic.com or contact us at 866.283.3472 and we can walk you through signing up.

How Does It Work? |
It’s easy... Sign up for a free account, create your project(s), upload your media, and purchase your SoundLoad cards. We will also give you the HTML code to embed on your site(s) that allows your fans to redeem their download.
The uses for the card are limitless. You can sell them, give them away, use them to promote shows or parties, and even include them with merch purchases at your shows.

How Is The Media Delivered? |
Your media content is packaged as a ZIP file. When the download is complete, you will be given the option of where to save it on your computer.

What All is Included When I Order? |
* Your custom SoundLoad product (Plastic Cards / Hang Tag / USB / Etc)
* A set of unique access codes
* Hosting of your media
* A basic redemption landing page
* A customized icon to post on your website provided in HTML format.
* Access to back-end data reports (with ability to download)
* The option to report your sales to Nielsen Soundscan
* The option to customize your landing page or to have us design it for you. * Live customer support.

How Does Each Account Type Differ? |
Standard Account: This account includes the SoundLoad product you order, hosting for your media, your redemption page, but it does not include reporting your sales to Nielsen Soundscan.
Pin Code Only Account: With this account you can purchase a set of random pin codes. We still host your media and provide you with a redemption page. We can also print the codes on just about anything, or you can handle it and distribute the codes however you like. Let us know if you need any ideas.
Retail Account: This is just like the standard account, except your sales are reported to Nielsen. There is a $79.00 fee for setting this up and you must follow the instructions to make sure your sales are reported.

What types of media can I upload to my SoundLoad account? |
We can deliver just about any file type out there. The possibilities are endless, here are a few examples:
Music (.mp3 .wav)
Album artwork and credits (.pdf)
Photos (.jpg .tif)
Electronic Press Kits (.ppt)
Movies (.mov .mp4)
Coupons that can be printed (.pdf)
Codes to be accessed at other sites
Wallpapers and other freebies
Retail accounts are specifically for music downloads:
A full length album (up to 30 MP3 tracks) or
A single (up to 3 MP3 tracks)

Does SoundLoad Take a Percentage of My Sales? |
Nope. Unlike iTunes and other on-line retailers, we do not take a percentage of your sales. We are just like a CD manufacturer, except we sell plastic cards (and other products) that drive traffic to YOUR website.

How Long Will It Take? |
Our standard turnaround time is 10-15 business days. If you need your cards sooner, we can usually accommodate a rush order. If you need them by a certain date, PLEASE contact us at 866.283.3472 and let us know in advance.

Do My Fans / Customers Have to Sign Up For An Account On To Redeem the Download? |
NEVER.

Do Users Have To Go To The SoundLoad Website To Redeem Their Card? |
Nope! You started that website of yours for a reason, and we want to help you drive people to your site...But don’t worry...if you don’t have a website you can direct cardholders to our redemption page or just embed your redemption script onto your social media sites. How Do I Track My Downloads? |
In the Reports section of your SoundLoad dashboard, you will see (and be able to download) one database with the users e-mail address, gender, and zip code. You can even see a google maps application to show where the downloads are coming from. Let us know if you would like to collect any other kind of info from your cardholders. Just remember, the more info they have to enter, the less likely they are to download the card.

We provide customer support if anyone has any questions or problems while downloading their card.

How Do I Design My SoundLoad Card? |
Once you sign up for a free account, there will be a section on your dashboard where you can download the correct template. When your card design is done, you upload it to your account. If your not a designer just contact our retail partner Mindzai Creative at 866.283.3472 and we can design your cards for you.

Can You Guys Design My SoundLoad Card? |

We typically print 3 easy instructions, a scratch off pin number, and a bar-code. Let us know if you would like something different printed on the back.

Can My Sales Be Reported To SoundScan? |
YEP! That’s what sets us apart from all other download card services. After setting up a Retail account, you will learn how the appropriate process to ensure that your sales are reported. Note: You will be required to provide a UPC barcode that is not used for any other product (such as a CD). If you do not have one, you may purchase one from SoundLoad.
